Refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your course no later than 15 days before its start.

Cancellations made by the attendee at least 30 days prior to the start date render the course fee paid as refundable, less any debit card, credit card, or PayPal processing fees.

Cancellations made by the attendee between 15 and 29 days prior to the start date render the course fee paid as are non-refundable, but the attendee may transfer (one time only) the entire value of the course fee paid to another course within one year of the date of cancellation.

Cancellations made by the attendee 15 days or less prior to the start date render the course fee paid as non-refundable and transfer of fees is offered in exclusive case.

After the commencement date of the online course all course fees paid are non-refundable.

Digital items including downloadable audio and downloadable video are non-refundable.

In the unlikely situation that a course is postponed or canceled by Yoga & Healing, all payments are refundable at the request of the attendee (except in the case of force majeure).

Alternatively, an attendee may transfer (one time only) the entire value of the course fee paid to another course within one year of the date of cancellation.

In a situation where a course is cancelled due to force majeure, no refunds are offered.

The attendee may use the full value of the paid amount toward another course within 12 months from the end of the circumstances, which created the force majeure.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
